Inference Labs Private Limited does not manufacture, warehouse, or ship physical goods. All our professional services, software components, analytical models, and enterprise data assets are delivered 100% digitally.

2. Implementation Channels & Methods

Our digital assets, custom tools, and data engineering pipelines are delivered directly to corporate clients via secure enterprise channels, including:

Repository Access: Direct provisioning or code deployment via authorized version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps repositories).
Cloud Provisioning: Direct deployment or architecture configuration within the client’s designated cloud environment (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Databricks workspaces).
Secure Transfer: Encrypted electronic sharing for technical documentation, analytics blueprints, and administrative project deliverables.

3. Execution Timelines & Milestone Delays

Milestone Schedules: Because our projects involve custom engineering (such as Gen AI models and Business Intelligence infrastructure), specific delivery timelines and phase completions are dictated solely by the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or master agreement.
Operational Delays: If a technical milestone or digital delivery schedule is delayed due to infrastructure bottlenecks, missing client dependencies, or unexpected engineering blockers, our project management team will formally notify your designated point of contact with an updated timeline estimation.

4. International Regulatory Compliance

We deliver our enterprise tech solutions to corporate clients worldwide. Because our delivery is entirely digital, traditional physical import customs duties do not apply. However, clients remain fully responsible for any local cross-border digital taxation, withholding taxes, or software access levies mandated by their specific local tax jurisdictions.
