Job Summary: 

  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for data analytics and technology roles.
  • The position involves sourcing top talent through innovative strategies, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure strong role alignment.
  • The role also supports employer branding initiatives and leverages recruitment analytics to optimise hiring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
    • Identify, attract, and engage candidates for roles in data analytics, data science, BI, and related fields.
    • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to build pipelines.
    • Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired skill sets.
    • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding
    • Promote the company’s culture and opportunities to attract top analytics talent.
    • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and university programs.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment
    • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
    • Use analytics to improve hiring strategies and optimise processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in recruitment, preferably within data analytics, IT, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of analytics roles (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, BI Developer, ML Engineer, Data Engineer).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
